Love this office!! All of the doctors are amazing. I see Michelle Hoover the Nurse practitioner. I have been seeing her for many years and love her. She is very friendly and personable and takes the time to listen.

I highly recommended this office staff and Dr Jacobus. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in. My husband and I were both new patients, starting with this practice about 3 weeks ago and have been very happy. Both visits we were greeted with a smile and the doctor listens and addressed every question. We never felt rushed. The office staff is so polite, professional and addressed every concern immediately. We needed some prior authorization done for our insurance company to get our medication paid for and the staff was AMAZING, they got it taken care of immediately which saved us a lot of money at the pharmacy. Definitely the most professional, caring and polite doctors office I have ever been to. They care about their patients and it shows. Thank you so much, we will be forever patients!!!!

I have been going here since my family moved out this way! They are amazing! Staff is very professional. The PCP's and the NP' are of high quality. They are not there just to do a job. Rather, they are there to treat each individual and each individuals specific needs and illnesses. Great family oriented staff. I don't know of a better healthcare office anywhere around here.
