Dr. Jacobus has been practicing family medicine for 30 years.  He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in Family Medicine and specializes in Addition Medicine. He married his college sweetheart and has three children and six grandchildren. In addition to his responsibilities at the office, Dr. Jacobus is also an elder at his church and leads medical mission trips to Third World countries.  He enjoys sports, photography, hunting, and playing the bass guitar.
